Here are the answers to our most popular client’s question. It will give a better idea how to order your balloon decor for upcoming event.

Our Response:

Absolutely. We create a few different designs for you to choose from. You will be able to see how balloon décor fits into interior of the venue, stage, doorway or overall look. You can make or add changes to these designs.

Our Response:

We recommend you start the booking process by completing our Request a Quote Form on our Contact page. Once designs and prices are finalized, we email you the invoice.

Our Response:

You can contact us via email or call. But we prefer work via email in order to exchange designs, photos and other detail of the order. This is also for client’s convenience to be able access and view the order at any time, see the invoice details and pricing. Working through email also allows us to provide quick responses while at other event locations or after business hours.

We provide balloon decoration delivery for Charleston’s Tri-county areas and the surrounding suburbs. We are also available to travel outside of Charleston for large events.

Yes. We always happy to meet you in person to hear your ideas and discuss the details.

Orders should be placed as early as possible. The latest date is two weeks before the event. It will give us enough time to place an order for an additional item. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve.

Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.

Yes, you can pick up from us, but we cannot provide responsibility for balloon decor after it leaves our location

Our Response:

No. An additional fee will apply. Please notify us when booking your decor if a take down and removal is needed.

Our Response:

Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid through Venmo or PayPal, check (online payment with a credit card coming soon).

For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment. If a payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.

Our Response:

Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Cancellation request must be made in writing by mail or email only. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the time of request.

Refunds will be considered as follows:
Refunds requested more than 2 weeks to event: Total monies paid
Refunds requested less than 2 weeks to event: a maximum of 50% of the final total is refundable.
No refund will be made within 3 day of event date.

Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.

All of our helium balloons will float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer!

OUTDOOR - We cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoor. The sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

Our Response:

The coast of the balloon decoration can varies depending on the volume and complexity of your request. To give you a better pricing idea for your event a typical kids party ranges from $100 to $600 and a large corporate event can be upwards of $400 - $3000. Our Response:

Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar (or foil) balloons are NOT biodegradable but are able to be recycled. BoomBalloon is an active member of PEBA (Pro-Environmental Balloon Alliance)

Our Response:

Yes, but we cannot guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon. We also can not speculate about the longevity of balloons not provided by us.
