Can I See the Balloon Design Before Purchasing?
We recommend starting the booking process by completing the Request a Quote form on our Contact page. Once the design and pricing are finalized, we will email your invoice.
What Is the Delivery Fee?
Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.
Can I Pick Up My Balloons?
Yes. You may pick up your order, but we cannot accept responsibility for balloon décor after it leaves our location.
Do Prices Include Décor Takedown and Removal?
No. Takedown and removal are available for an additional fee. Please let us know when booking if you need this service.
How Do I Pay for My Décor?
Once your order is finalized, we will email you an invoice. Payment can be made through Venmo, PayPal, or by check. For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand that check processing may take additional time. If payment cannot be completed before the event date, a signed contract will be required.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by mail or email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the request. Refunds are considered as follows:
More than two weeks before the event: a full refund of all money paid.
Less than two weeks before the event: up to 50% of the final total is refundable.
Within three days of the event: no refund.
Do You Have a Retail Store I Can Visit?
We are a home-based business and do not currently have a storefront. In the meantime, please browse our galleries to see examples of our work.
How Long Do Balloons Last Indoors?
Many air-filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors. Their longevity depends on the environmental conditions in the space.
How Long Will My Helium Balloons Float?
Our helium balloons will float for at least three days indoors and often much longer.
How Long Do Balloons Last Outdoors?
We cannot guarantee that balloons will last for a specific amount of time outdoors. Sun, heat, wind, rain, and other weather conditions affect their lifespan.
How Much Does Balloon Décor Cost?
The cost of balloon décor varies depending on the size and complexity of your request. A typical children’s party may range from $100 to $600, while a large corporate event may range from $400 to $3,000 or more. Visit our Balloon Price Guide for basic pricing on individual items and packages.
Are Balloons Biodegradable or Recyclable?
Yes. Our latex balloons are made from natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Mylar (foil) balloons are not biodegradable, but they can be recycled. BoomBalloon Charleston is an active member of PEBA (Pro-Environmental Balloon Alliance).
Can You Inflate Balloons Purchased Elsewhere?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for that balloon. We also cannot guarantee how long balloons purchased elsewhere will last.
